Last month the Americahealth Caritas Mobile Wellness & Opportunity Center came to Ruth's Place to present information and guidance on their smoking cessation program. Did you know that those who quit, experience their sense of taste and smell have improved within one week? Within three months those who quit will be coughing and wheezing less, their immune function and circulation to hands and feet improves, and their lungs get better at removing toxins.
