It's been a hot summer and Ruth's Place could use your help! We are completely out of or running dangerously low on deodorant, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, shaving razors, towels, and wash clothes. Your donation can help our women stay fresh and confident as they beat the heat - every little bit goes a long way and is greatly appreciated! Donations are accepted at Ruth's Place every day and you can also send us a gift through our Amazon wishlist: amzn.to/4dKdQQh 🧼
Tomorrow is the big day! Our 3rd Annual NEPA Back to School Bash and Resource Fair will take place from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Kirby Park in the pavilion near the playground. VOAPA and our partners will be on hand to share our services with families in need. We will also have a variety of backpacks and supplies to distribute. The distribution will not start before 4:00 pm and will end when supplies run out. To receive supplies, children must be present and accompanied by an adult. VOAPA is so grateful for the generous support of Price Chopper Supermarkets Golub Foundation, Smiles 4 Keeps, and more for making this event a reality. Together we will ensure our children have the tools they need to succeed this school year!🎒
