Ruth’s Place is excited to announce our 18th annual Walk for Hope is happening Saturday, September 19th. Ruth’s Place is the only emergency homeless shelter dedicated to women experiencing homelessness in Luzerne County, providing 24-hour lodging and services 7 days a week.
