Supportive Living Program

Supportive Living begins with the belief that all persons with a mental illness can recover.
Supportive living case workers provide the consumer with the resources necessary to help them achieve life goals in the areas of living, learning, working, and socializing.
Supportive living is based on the individual’s schedule and needs. It focuses on what a person can do and provides them with the opportunity to learn how to do the things they always wanted to do with the least intervention from the case worker. This can be a very empowering experience by allowing the consumer to take charge of their life and achieve all of their hopes and dreams.
Recovery is a personal journey and process. Life goals may change throughout this process. There will be many successes and maybe some failures throughout this journey, but hope is what will keep the consumer on their path to recovery.
